June 2008 -- After more then two years, The Superior Court of California has decided and entered a judgment in favor of TEIN against Tom Motorsports who was involved in the Counterfeit S-Tech Operation. In addition to the recovery of loss and damages, the judgment also ordered for all manufacturing, possession and sales of the Counterfeit S-tech lowering spring to immediately discontinue. Should anyone encounter continued manufacturing, possession and sales of the Counterfeit S-tech lowering springs, please contact TEIN USA Inc at 562-861-9161.For those who feel they may have been a victim of this unfortunate issue, it is recommended that the springs are inspected to ensure authenticity. The counterfeit springs are inferior in quality and can be extremely dangerous. If it is determined that the S-techs are counterfeit, please uninstall them immediately and contact TEIN USA, where we will provide further assistance. |
