Customer Service Representative / Operations
Now seeking a qualified individual for FULL-TIME employment at our Downey facility.
Candidate must possess general computer skills and some sales experience.
Primary duties include client communications (telephone, email, in-person) and may include business trips (local, domestic, & international) for accounts visits and special events/shows attendance.
Duties also include taking care of shipping preparation, container unloading, organizing warehouse and other warehouse related tasks including forklift operation.

Job descriptions
- Create Invoices and shipping tags.
- Answer incoming phone calls, e-mails, including technical support and sales inquiries.
- Assist with Will Calls, contacting dealers.
- Assist with warehouse - daily shipping, freight shipping, unloading of containers.
- Return item(s) check in.
- Overhaul check in and communication with our overhaul customers.
- Attending shows and events including business trips to other states and overseas (sometimes weekend).
Qualifications
- Over 2 years experience of Sales or Operation
- Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to lift 70 lbs or more
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Outside Sales Representative
Now seeking a qualified individual for a Full-Time Outside Sales Rep.
position in Downey, CA.
Candidate must possess some sales experience and general computer skills.
Primary duties include client communication.
