TEIN USA Inc will not be responsible for any mis-ships due to data entry error or input errors.

Shipping Fee and method |

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. All items will ship via UPS or USPS. |

Back order |

In the event of a back order, you will be contacted by TEIN staff for information on the status of the back order. |

No cancellations on special orders will be permitted once ordered. |

Returns |

All sales final; If there is a defect in the purchased item, TEIN must be notified within one (1) week following the receipt of the item. TEIN staff will then assist through the process. |

If an item requires to be cancelled, TEIN staff must be notified prior to shipping. No cancellation will be permitted once an item has shipped. |
